High Five Collaborative offers mental toughness training to athletes, students, and parents through customized lessons and events.
High Five uses a relationship-first approach that believes kids learn best while engaged in community and having fun! The mental toughness curriculum includes, but is not limited to:

In teaching athletes, students, and parents this curriculum, clients build capacity to perform at their highest levels, both in sport and personal life.
This content is the center of all High Five offerings: annual cohorts; classroom lessons; speaking engagements; small groups; and one-on-one sports counseling.
High Five Founder, Coach Chelsey, has a background in middle-secondary education, coaching, and school counseling. High Five is a combination of the passions, skills, and experiences she's acquired from the layers and years of working with kids in various intentional social-emotional settings.
